Defective or Damaged Items:

Size Exchange Only:
* The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition.
* Delivery charges apply for exchanges.
* The refund or exchange process takes 7-10 days.
* If the item is returned by the customer, the customer is responsible for delivery charges.
