Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re eligible for an exchange — just let us know within 2 days of receiving it, and our team will guide you through the process.

Order Cancellation (Card Payments Only)
If you’ve paid via Debit/Credit Card, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Instead of a refund, the paid amount will be converted into a store coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days for future purchases at Apricocia.
